All year is fine. Travellers should note that Thailand is especially hot and humid (high of 35–38 degrees) between April/May and September, with April to May typically the hottest months. Temperatures can fall below 10 degrees at night in Chang Mai and Mae Hong Son during winter (December to February). Travelling in the rainy season (May – October) is not unpleasant and many travellers think Thailand is at its most beautiful.
